I’ve tried a couple of yoga classes before but I’ve never felt so relaxed and good afterward then I did with Colleen’s class. Some of the poses are difficult to do but I felt comfortable just doing what I could do. I liked that Colleen explained everything well throughout the classes. I like to be talked to through all the poses & steps. I never liked yoga before when I’ve tried it but I really enjoyed the classes. I felt relaxed and stretched out after the classes. Colleen has a very calming voice which I found very soothing & relaxing. Thank you very much, great job!

  • No, I do not accept insurance. One hour Individual sessions are $90/hr, and Couple/Family sessions are $150. I highly value client autonomy and privacy and find that HMO’s tend to require diagnoses, dictate care plans, the number of sessions allowed, and can & do audit records. Not accepting insurance removes these barriers, and ensures we work together creatively, flexibly; with your goals driving our session work. I accept Credit, Venmo, Pay Pal, Zelle, & Cash app.

  • There is no prescribed number of sessions required or expected. I will work collaboratively with you to design a mutually agreed upon schedule. At the end of each session, I will ask you if you would like to schedule another. Some clients report feeling better after the first session, the result of finally having a safe space to lay down their concerns without feeling judgment.

  • You are the expert on you. You should expect to feel heard, seen, and understood in a non-judgmental safe space, where we will build rapport & establish trust. I hope you will feel my empathy, warmth, and genuineness come through in our sessions together. We will work cooperatively to support what You want to achieve…whether that be feeling less alone in your grief, breaking free of self sabotaging patterns, or targeting any number of specific goals you choose.
